Terms of Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may use the Service as a guest with a limited number of free interpretations per month. To purchase a paid plan or save your dream history, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate interpretations of dream descriptions you submit. Interpretations are based on psychological, symbolic, and philosophical frameworks (including Freudian, Jungian, and other perspectives). The Service does not predict the future, diagnose conditions, or provide therapeutic treatment.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others.
• Submit personally identifiable information of any third party without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service to develop competing products or train other AI models.
• Circumvent usage limits or share paid accounts with multiple users.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.

5.1 Plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Max plans at the rates displayed on our pricing page. We may modify plan limits, features, and pricing with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Creem) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

5.4 Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-generated dream text), is owned by TrueDream AI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of dream descriptions you submit; by submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and store the content for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Interpretations are generated by AI models and may contain errors, inconsistencies, or content that does not reflect your actual situation. Interpretations are subjective and should be treated as one perspective among many.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUEDREAM AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any reason with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email (for registered users) or via the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
